Our house is in San Giacomo, in the upper Ahrntal. Walking trails start at the door, and Klausberg and Speikboden are only a short drive away.
Our family has run Garber for generations. We know our guests by name, cook for them ourselves and are happy to suggest their next outing. The South Tyrol Guest Pass lets you use Südtirolmobil buses and regional trains at no extra charge.

We cook traditional South Tyrolean dishes alongside a few international classics. At lunchtime you can dine à la carte; in the evening we serve a three-course half-board menu to our hotel guests. Visitors are welcome too.

Mountain pastures, huts and peaks above 3,000 metres surround San Giacomo. We are happy to suggest an excursion.

Two ski areas are a short drive away, along with cross-country trails, toboggan runs and winter walks in the valley. The ski bus stops nearby.
