Arrival and departure

Hotel rooms and apartments are available from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. Please vacate your accommodation by 10:00 am on the day of departure.

Hotel: cancellations and short stays

Cancellations are free up to 30 days before arrival. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival, the hotel charges 70% of the total booking price. For stays of 1–2 nights, a seasonal surcharge of 5–10% applies to the room rate.

Room rates are per person per night with half board. Child discounts and other discounts and surcharges are listed with the room rates. The local tourist tax is €2.90 per person per night for guests aged 14 and over and is payable on site.

Apartments: deposit and cancellation

After booking, we ask for a deposit of €100–300 depending on the length of stay and season. It must be transferred within 7 days. The reservation becomes binding only once the deposit has arrived and we have confirmed the booking in writing.

The deposit is refunded for cancellations up to 30 days before arrival; for later cancellations it is retained. For stays of fewer than three days, a seasonal surcharge of 5–10% applies to the nightly rate.

Apartment rates are per night for two people without half board. Rates for additional guests are listed on the apartments page. Additional charges include €60–80 for final cleaning, €12–18 for a pet, and the local tourist tax of €2.90 per person per night from age 14. Half board at Hotel Restaurant Garber can be booked on request.

Payment methods

We accept cash within the applicable legal limit, Visa and Mastercard, and debit cards. Advance payment by bank transfer is also possible.

On site

All hotel rooms and apartments are non-smoking accommodation. The hotel has parking for cars and buses. Each apartment includes a space in the underground garage, with further spaces outdoors. Storage for skis and bicycles and a ski-boot dryer are available.
